Who are you?
We are a EU based group of homebrewers, specializing in making vials for insulin pens.
We are active since May 2025, and we have mainly operated before through social media and Signal. We also do wholesale, if you are interested, message us on Signal.
Are you safe?
The first batch we did, had proper testing from Kykeon, we are currently in the process of testing our current batch.
We have a purpose built laboratory, with filtering on every air intake, with a HEPA air purifier always running at full blast. We NEVER let any outside clothes or contaminants touch the interior of the lab, all of our vials are autoclaved for 90 minutes at 121 degrees celsius, which is provable since we ship the vials in autoclave bags, with a marker that shows they have been autoclaved.
Vials are filled under a laminar flow hood, that is serviced and maintained, and every vial is double filtered with sterile 0.22 micron filters. Every filled vial is then looked at under a light, shaken, tapped, inspected again, to look for any contaminants.
This is just a part of our precautions, we are doing things that many see as overkill (ex. dust resistant wall paint usually used at car painting workshops) just to make sure you remain safe.
