General Questions
We make insulin pen vials, filled in a safe manner with Estradiol Enanthate. We also sell pens, that we include in our kits.
Our vials are made with MCT oil, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol and Estadiol Enanthate raws. We are in the process of testing Miglyol 840 instead of MCT Oil, but we are still making sure its safe to use before putting it up for sale.
We take data security very seriously. Your data is autoremoved after 7 days, after contacting the bot. We only use the data to create a shipping label, then immediately delete it. Due to Signal's strict data security policy, we can guarantee that no one can see your personal info aside from us, and the shipping company.
Technically, yes, but we do not recommend you do so. As of Jan. 27 2026, our Estradiol is no different to the EEn offered by other homebrewers. However, when refilling vials, you have to understand the risk. We work in a safe and as close to sterile as possible environment, we make sure your vials are perfect. Most of the time, you will not be able to do that at home, therefore you risk dust, bacteria and other contaminants ruining your vial, and potentially putting you at risk. If you refill your vial, we cannot guarantee that it will be safe to use, which is why we cannot recommend doing it. In addition, once we switch to Miglyol 840 from MCT oil, the viscosity difference will be noticable, and the MCT oil might feel less comfortable and painful to use than the mig.
Ordering & Payment
The pen + 3 vials kit is 75 euro, the 3 vials are 60 euro.
You can, for up to 2h after placing your order. Contact us to modify or cancel your order.
Sadly not, any other payment methods are too risky for us to use.
Yes, however they usually take a while sadly due to us not being able to easily implement a auto confirmation sender on Signal, so we have to send them out by hand.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options are country dependent. For the EU and UK, we use DHL. For the US, Canada and Australia we use FedEx. For the rest of the world, we ship untracked regular postal parcels.

It depends. For the EU, all orders arrive within 5 business days of being shipped. For the UK it's usually around 6 business days, for the US around 7, and around 10 for Australia. Usually we ship out the same day you order, however sometimes we take longer due to dealing with multiple orders at the same time.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the FedEx tracking website for US, Canada and Australia. And you can use the DHL site for EU and UK. Orders to other countries than listed cannot be tracked, you will however receive a "order sent" email.
Only in countries that support DHL parcel boxes. We can't ship to a parcel locker outside of the EU, or into a country that doesn't have DHL locker boxes.
Returns & Resends
For privacy reasons, we cannot accept returns, therefore once the parcel is shipped out, the order is final.
When ordering product from us, you accept the risk that the parcel may get seized by customs. We can offer one reship, only if the product get seized, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all (gets lost in transit). We cannot and will not reship if the parcel does not arrive because of a wrong address, or if the package gets destroyed because you weren't home to pick it up.
If your parcel fills the criteria from the point above, we will reship the parcel for 50% of the delivery fee.
Product & Quality
We have a rigorous quality control process, as described here. We trust our product 100%, and we are currently working on updating this batch with external lab testing.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Provide photos of the damage and your order number. We will give you a choice of a refund, or we can reship the damaged product for free in the EU, and for 50% of the shipping fee for Canada, the US and Australia.
